Core AI work is processed on-device. Apple services, support emails and website visits have separate data flows described below.

This policy covers the Mulewalk iOS app and this website. The app is preparing for release; available features depend on the version you install. We distinguish on-device processing, Apple services, information you send to support and website traffic.

Content processed on your device

Recordings, dictation, transcripts, audio analysis for speaker separation, chats, imported material, documents, task records, templates and exports are processed and stored on your device. Mulewalk does not send this content to our servers, use it to train our models, upload voiceprints or build a voice identity database across users.

AI models are installed with the app. Core inference does not depend on an online API. No Mulewalk account is required. We do not include advertising or cross-app tracking. The current app has no third-party SDK that sends usage analytics or crash content to the developer. System or App Store diagnostics are controlled by your Apple settings and Apple policies.

Permissions and Apple services

Microphone: Requested when you choose recording or dictation, for local audio capture. You can revoke it in iOS Settings.

Speech recognition: System live captions are optional and use speech resources only when they are already available. Final transcription uses the model included with Mulewalk. iOS manages the relevant permissions.

Files: The system file picker gives access to files you choose. They may be copied into the app container for later processing.

Purchases: Apple StoreKit handles purchases. Mulewalk reads transaction and entitlement information locally to determine Pro access. We do not receive full payment card details or upload transaction records to a developer server. Purchases, restores and entitlement updates require a connection to Apple services. Apple handles account, payment and transaction data under its privacy policy.

Support and website visits

If you email tiangeyang2012@163.com, we receive your address, message and information you choose to attach so we can handle your request. Avoid unnecessary personal information. We retain support messages for handling the request and reasonable follow-up. You can ask us to delete them, except where retention is legally required.

To serve and secure this website, the server and network provider process the IP address, requested path, time and basic browser request information. The site is hosted on Tencent Cloud in Hong Kong, where website requests are processed. We do not use ads, analytics scripts, website accounts, signup forms or marketing cookies, and do not link website visits to in-app recordings or documents. Application-level access logging is disabled; the network provider may retain basic operational records under its service and security rules.

Retention, deletion and your rights

You control local content retention. Use the deletion controls available in the app for chats, recordings or documents. Deleting the app removes its local container. Previously exported files, shared copies and system backups must be managed separately. Clearing model caches does not delete personal content.

Our servers cannot restore unbacked-up local work. Export anything you need before deleting it. For support information you send us, you may request access, a copy, correction, deletion or restricted use. We will verify only necessary information and handle requests under applicable requirements.

Security and minors

The app relies on the iOS sandbox and system file protection for local data. This website uses HTTPS. No device can be guaranteed completely secure. Keep iOS updated, use a passcode and manage backups and shared files carefully.

Mulewalk is for general office work and is not directed at children. Minors should use it with guardian guidance. Contact us if you believe our support channels hold information about a minor that should not be retained.

Updates and contact

If our data practices change, we will update this page and its effective date. We will provide additional notice or consent where required. This policy does not authorize undisclosed uploading of local work.
