Send product questions, accessibility feedback or privacy requests. The iOS app is preparing for release and does not yet have a public App Store download link.

Include your iPhone model, iOS and app versions, steps to reproduce the issue and a redacted screenshot if useful. Do not send real customer details, full meeting audio, passwords or unrelated documents. If a sample is needed, we will explain why; you can decline.

Offline use and models

Models are included with the app. “Ready on demand” means installed but not loaded into memory. If resources appear incomplete, record the app version and error, then contact us. Long audio or documents take more time. Keep enough storage free and avoid overheating. First model startup takes preparation time. The current app requires iOS 26 or later.

English and Chinese

The app follows your iPhone language by default. Open Settings → App language to select Follow system, 简体中文 or English. The choice is saved. Existing chats, recordings and documents are not translated or removed when the interface language changes.

Typing and navigation

Dismiss the keyboard by tapping empty content space, dragging vertically or using the dismiss button. Swipe left across chat content to return home. Swipe right on the home content or use the current-chat button to return. Drafts and running tasks are kept; New chat starts a separate conversation.

Recordings and exports

Recordings and documents are in the local workspace. Check transcripts, speakers and notes before delivery. Export individual PDF, Word or PowerPoint files. Personal templates and automatic exports of multiple formats are planned Pro features.

Use export and system sharing to move or back up files. Clearing legacy model caches does not remove your work. Export important content before deleting the app.

Purchases and privacy requests

Subscriptions are not available yet. When available, Apple will show the current price before purchase. Manage renewal in iOS Settings → Apple account → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Use Apple’s support service for Apple payment or refund requests.
